Roving help for Library clients
- Rovers can help with a range of problems you may have while working on computers in the Library - simply ask for help
- Rovers have strong IT and client service skills
- Rovers will refer you to another staff member if they are unable to help
How do you find a Rover?
- Keep an eye out for a Rover wearing the 'here to help' t-shirt. They are "roving" all three floors of the Library.
- Ask at the Information or Research Help Desks to have a Rover paged. Remember to supply your computer terminal number so the Rover can locate you.
When are Rovers available?
Monday to Friday, 9.30am - 4.30pm during session.

Follow Me Printing
Everyone hates to queue. With this in mind, we have introduced Follow Me Printing. You can choose any free printer/copier in the Library or a printer in the Student Central labs to release your print job.
